We build U-bolts at our shop. We are able to bend as small as 3/8" diameter rod all the way up to 1" diameter rods. We carry dies that can make round, square, and semi-round bends. Our dies start at 1-3/4" wide and go up to 5" for square bends and 6" for rounds bends. We keep a variety of inventory of pre-threaded rods on hand that step up in 2" increments. All of our rods are fine thread SAE sizes. Unfortunately we do not carry zinc coated or Metric rods. The smaller diameter rods start at 10" long and our large rods can go as long as 52." If there is a size we need and don't have we can usually get them ordered in within a week. We also carry the appropriate sized hardened washers and fine thread deep nuts to go along with the U-bolts.

Ask us about our mis-bent U-bolts we have on hand. These work great for making tire chain hangers or any kind of hanger. We are selling these for less than our cost of the rod material!
